  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 cup water or nut milk
  • 1 cup banana
  • 1 cup avocado
  • 1 cup apple
  • 2 tbsp of Activated Phenolics


  1. Freeze the fruit to chill the smoothie.
  2. Blend kale and spinach together with water or nut milk first.
  3. Add fruit and Activated Phenolics and blend again.
