Two-minute Breakfast Smoothie
Power through your day with an Activated Phenolics infused green smoothie.
Prep time: 2 minutes. Servings: 2.
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 cup water or nut milk
- 1 cup banana
- 1 cup avocado
- 1 cup apple
- 2 tbsp of Activated Phenolics
- Freeze the fruit to chill the smoothie.
- Blend kale and spinach together with water or nut milk first.
- Add fruit and Activated Phenolics and blend again.
